That Saturday in Dingle Co. Kerry, in early October 2014, at the Blas na h’Eireann food awards ceremony was a red-letter day for us. The first of many Blas awards, this Blas gold for our What’s For Pudding? Sticky Toffee Pudding was and remains very special. It marked the start of an exciting journey. Recognition by our Meath Local Enterprise Office, on the same occasion, with the Best In County award marked the start of invaluable support from LEO, both financial and advisory, that continues to the present day. 2020 brought us success once again in Dingle; a Gold for the Simply Better Chocolate Sauce and Silver for the Simply Better Sea-salted Toffee sauce and twin pack Sticky Toffee Pudding. Once again receiving Best in County gave us a very welcomed boost of recognition from LEO during these difficult Covid days.
