Sponge: Dates (20%), Flour (Wheat), Water, Sugar, Butter (Milk), Egg, Coffee, Bicarbonate Soda.
Sauce: Sugar, Brown Sugar, Butter (Milk), Cream (Milk).

Preheat oven to required temperature shown below.
Remove outer packaging and film lid and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and heat for time indicated.
Oven: 160°C/Gas Mark 4: 17mins
Fan assisted oven: 150°C: 15mins
Microwave: For best results we recommend heating in a conventional oven, however, the tray and pudding can also be heated in a microwave for 21/2 – 3 minutes at medium power.
Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing.
